How easy is it to install this Camera? VERY. You can have it up and running in minutes. Literally! It comes with 60 feet of waterproof video/power cable attached. We ALSO include ANOTHER 100 feet of video/power Extension Cable! We ALSO include ALL the adapters you need to go from Pro BNC connectors on the Camera and cable to consumer level RCA video connectors (all the right gender too!) You will NOT need to make a visit to Radio Shack to hunt down hard to find connectors/adapters(or pay Radio Shack PRICES!)- we make sure you have 100% of what you need to be up and running in minutes! Your TV can be up to 160 feet away from your pond! (is you TV further? Email us- we can supply a longer extension cable for a small fee!)

Why
this Camera? It's
like this camera was DESIGNED for Koi Pond and
water garden hobbyists! This water proof camera is engineered for
outdoor applications including continuously submerged installations-
at any seasonal temperature! Summer OR Winter. You could even use it or
a second
one to monitor your Pond for predators... day or NIGHT!
That's
right this camera with it's 20 IR LEDs illuminates the area in view
with infra-red light that produces a black & white picture at
night. The infra red is invisible to the naked eye-
everything
looks pitch black unless you're viewing it on your TV!
Do the IR LEDs bother the fish? Nope! When ambient light drops below a level that will produce a nice color picture, the camera automatically turns on the IR LEDs and produces a B/W picture out of total darkness. The Fish don't even know it's there.
The Secret Life of Fish: We were always under the impression that once the sun set, the fish calmed down and went to 'sleep'. Forget about it! Just wait till you see what kind of shenanagins your fish are up to at night.... I think some of ours are more active at night! In total darkness! Amazing! And... don't forget! if you live in a cold zone, you'll get to see your fish all winter long, under all the Ice! Just make sure you place the camera below the freeze zone in your pond.
Doctor in the House?: Watching your fish go round and round from the edge of your pond does not allow you to detect any problems cropping up with their health... But with the Koi Cam you can see every scale as the swim by the Cam! Catch injuries BEFORE the fungus sets in! Get an advance warning on any disease breakout in your pond- you can easily monitor visually, the health of your fish, your very EXPENSIVE fish!

Maintenance-
Doesn't the lens get Algae on it? You
bet it does! And cleaning it takes a simple swipe of your
finger
across the glass cover on the lens. Ta-da! Done.
How
about watching them on my computer or over the Internet?! Yep!
